BaCo1800
Our top seller among the fully automatic sealing systems seals plastic, metal and glass containers with a capacity of up to 30 pieces per minute.
Equipment features:
- mobile base frame
- feed conveyor with feed control
- synchronised star wheel stand with receptacles for the containers as form parts
- adjustable outer ring for guiding containers through the machine sequence from 30 mm to 110 mm in diameter
- foil magazine for stackable pre-cut BALLERSTAEDT sealing lids
- pneumatically driven foil dispenser with a precise, maintenance free 180° reverse gear for removing the seals from the magazine, applying them to the sealing edge and fixing them with a pre-sealer
- sealing station for closing the containers with regulation of the sealing temperature, pressure and time for optimal setting of the seal parameters, conductive (inductive as an option)
- hollowed out sealing die, adaptable to sealing head

BaCo2400
Put your machine together individually! With the BaCo2400 you can combine the functions of filling, sealing and screwing according to your wishes. The machine achieves a sealing performance of up to 40 pieces per minute.

BaCo2500 Variospeed
This performance is convincing! The BaCo2500 fills and seals plastic, metal or glass containers. The machine capacity can be freely selected from three performance variants: 2500 pieces per hour, 3000 pieces per hour or 3500 pieces per hour.
