Ballerstaedt becomes a supporter, promoter, patron and wish-fulfiller

Ballerstaedt & Co. OHG supports social projects with a Christmas donation of 15,000 euros
Every year again, Ballerstaedt becomes a supporter, sponsor, patron and wish-fulfiller. Supporting disadvantaged people and volunteering is firmly anchored in the corporate philosophy of the Rastatt-based specialist for sealing technology. “At Christmas time, our focus is particularly on “local help” and we always support a colourful range of organizations that are committed to a wide variety of groups. Sharing our success is a tradition that is close to our hearts,” emphasizes Managing Director Harald Ballerstaedt. This year, the good news reached the following organizations before Christmas:
Vive – Verein für internationale Vielfalt e.V., Freunde der Augusta-Sibylla-Schule e.V., Förderverein Karlschule e.V., Seniorenhilfe Rastatt e.V., Phoenixtheater Rastatt e.V., Jiu-Jitsu Kampfsportverein Rastatt e.V., Feuervogel e.V., Theater-Verein-Reithalle e.V., Hospizdienst, Caritasverband LK Rastatt-Wohnungslosenhilfe, Tierheim Rastatt, Frauen helfen Frauen, Kiwanis Förderverein Rastatt e.V.
They all received donation cheques in recognition of their tireless efforts on behalf of Rastatt’s children, senior citizens, people in need, refugees, people interested in culture and animals. At the handover, the representatives briefly presented their work and current projects and expressed their gratitude. “The considerable amount donated is anything but a drop in the ocean,” emphasized Mayor Mats Tilebein. Sylvia Weimer-Hartmann from the Karlschule support association added: “It simply feels good to experience this appreciation of voluntary work.” In addition to fulfilling individual Christmas wishes, carrying out art projects and supporting vocational guidance, the money is also used to provide various advisory and prevention services, to name just a few examples. The annual donations ensure the continuation of this work. Harald Ballerstaedt is convinced: “Our money is very well invested and benefits those who really need it.”
