BALLERSTAEDT reaches 14th place in city cycling campaign

The aim of the campaign was to motivate as many citizens as possible to cycle in order to cover more everyday distances by bike in a climate-friendly way and to save CO2 emissions. In total, more than 114 million kilometres were cycled across Germany, saving 16,813 t CO2, of which around 49,000 km were cycled in Rastatt.

BALLERSTAEDT took part in the campaign with 7 cyclists (from left to right: Harald Ballerstaedt, Sina Lang, Kristina Senski, Heidi Lauer, Heike Keller, Iris Heutle, Caroline Kraus), who together cycled 1,105 km and thus saved 162 kg CO2. With this result, the group was able to reach 14th place within the municipality.
