Sport weeks at BALLERSTAEDT

Together we make ourselves strong for our health and fitness!
In the past 4 weeks, the first BALLERSTAEDT sports weeks took place, to which all employees were cordially invited.
A total of 7 different sports courses were offered. In addition to classic fitness training for the back or the whole body, employees could also try out new types of sports:
In Jumping Fitness, the participants really worked up a sweat on mini trampolines, in Yoga for beginners, they discovered their inner centre, and in Line Dance, they shook a leg.
We would like to thank all employees for their active participation and look forward to further joint activities!
